81A-6211-Std Rod Bearing Set of 4 Pairs (39-42 V8)

This set of 4 pairs of floating type connecting rod bearings are for the 1938 (late) to 1942 flathead V8 engines (85hp) with the 221 cubic inch displacement. The bearings are for the crankshafts with the 1.999" standard rod journals They are Standard size on the inside diameter and Standard size on the outside diameter. These bearings are of old stock USA manufacture, which can be OEM Ford, or other USA aftermarket (ie Federal Mogul, Monmouth, Johnson, Thompson, McQuay-Norris, etc). Our sets may be made up of a mix of several of these sources. The bearings may be manufactured with the copper/bronze type surface or the silver/aluminum type surface. The 81A type rod bearings do NOT have a flange on the sides. Sizes are limited. Check with us if the size you want is not listed.
