When we process your order we will calculate actual shipping and handling charges before releasing the charge to your card. If your shipping amount is less we will adjust the charge accordingly before processing the charge.  If the shipping amount is more you will see a separate charge for the adjusted amount on your credit card.

Domestic Orders: 

We normally use UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most parts orders, and will ship using our discretion for the most efficient and cost-effective method. Some items tend to fare better with one shipper than another. If you have a preferred shipper, please make that request at the time you place your order, and we will try to accommodate your preference. Some parts come to us in little or no packaging that is suitable to re-shipment. When packing your order we often have to use additional packing materials, or specialized cartons, which may result in a small extra charge beyond the actual shipping costs. Most orders that are shipped via the USPS will require their specialized extra services (ie: Insurance, etc). UPS also charges extra for any insurance beyond the basic $99.00 coverage. Any such extra charges will be added to the actual freight shipping costs. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00

When placing an order please let us know of any shipping restrictions.  If a package is returned to us because you have no mail receptacle or were not available to receive a shipment it can be reshipped at YOUR expense.  We need your help to get your order quickly and safely delivered to you.

International Orders: 

All prices quoted are in US Dollars

Due to the additional customs paperwork, we must add a $10.00 documentation charge to all orders. This fee is per carton, since each package must have its own customs form. This charge will be added to your invoice and identified as a "Document Fee" on your invoice.

We can take your parts order and ship them to other countries.  At this time we can not take an online payment (but we are working on it).   You can call our office, fax us, or email an order however it will not be processed until we have credit card information.  We are sorry but shipping can not be quoted up front.  When your order is pulled and packed we have a better idea of shipping costs and can advise you then.  All international shipments have weight restraints as well as dollar values on insurance which we must take into consideration when packing your order.  Please keep in mind that it may take up 30 days for the order to be delivered due to customs.
